If vegetables are grown in the shade they are less likely to have good production and quality. You also need to choose plants that are designated for your region's climate. This allows you to utilize all of your compost for planting.
However, please note that you need to only treat the plants that are infested. Make sure to purchase the seeds from the nurseries or catalogs. Keep the soil moist and in a place that has a lot of sun.
It's never too late to have a beautiful garden. Start gardening, it's theraputic.
